Returns & Exchanges

At Mason's, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
